James Sunderland recently took the opportunity to catch-up with Amy and Lorraine at Sebastian's Action Trust at their fantastic facilities in Crowthorne.

Sebastian's Action Trust provides respite support to families of seriously-ill children and are now supporting more than 600 families of children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, aged 0-19.

They do this all of this for free via private donations and fund raising.
