James Sunderland attends event organised by Over the Bloody Moon who support people through perimenopause and menopause with classes, coaching and a self care platform with experts.

James had the opportunity to try on a Theramex Global MenoVest which has been designed to simulate the feeling of hot flush, which some women experience.

James said:

“I certainly feel more empathetic towards those who experience the intensity of hot flushes. Menopause is not just a female issue but a topic that everyone needs to understand better.

“I am pleased to support my colleague, Carolyn Harris, with her excellent work supporting women’s health and women in the workplace through the Menopause Mandate.”
