Antarctic Quest 21 is a scientific and educational expedition to the Antarctic in 2021/22. James Sunderland calls on local schools to take advantage of the Antarctic Quest 21 educational outreach programme.
In keeping with the legacy of Shackleton and the climate crisis that our planet is facing; Antarctic Quest 21 sees school engagement as a critical part of this expedition. Their online outreach program, which can be accessed via LikeToBe.org will enable students, teachers, and parents the ability to follow the expedition for latest updates, discuss topics online with the team, accesses recourses and activities.
The expedition aims to engage with a minimum of 100 schools and invite those schools to join them online and become ambassadors for Antarctica.
