James Sunderland visited Bracknell and Wokingham College where he spoke to the college’s Level 3 Electrical Installation apprentices and staff.

James said:

“Apprenticeships give people the opportunity to work and gain a valuable qualification. It was good to meet some apprentice and interesting to hear their views, and one of the comments from the group I definitely agree with was that would like to see more diversity by encouraging more female apprentices in the traditional trades.
