MP James Sunderland visited Nine Mile Ride Primary School to meet with staff, pupils and members of the Local Advisory Board.

Speaking afterwards, James said:

“Thank you to Mrs Ali Brown and members of the Local Advisory Board, Barbara Wojna and Cllr Rebecca Margetts, for hosting my visit to Nine Mile Ride Primary School.

“It was fantastic to see the work the children were doing on grammar and punctuation, singing by children in Year 1, plus watching the School Rock Band.

“Clearly the school is in need of a new build and I will provide my support when they submit their plans to Department for Education.”
