James Sunderland signed the book of commemoration for the 30th Anniversary of the Siege of Sarajevo (1992 – 1996).

The book will be presented to the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina in June.

The Siege of Sarajevo was the longest siege in modern history and saw the deaths of 13,952 people, including 5,434 civilians. As tensions in the Western Balkans rise once more, this book will demonstrate our collective remembrance, focus and resolve on supporting peace and stability in the region.
