Local MP, James Sunderland, visited Stepping Stones Recovery College which offers course to help anyone experiencing challenges to their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
This might be due to a diagnosed or long-term condition, recovery from addiction, homelessness, trauma or abuse. It also caters for people without any diagnosis but who feel lonely, stressed or anxious and whose quality of life is not what it should be.
James said:
“It was great to catch up with the team at Stepping Stones Recovery College in Bracknell. They do amazing work helping people understand their experiences and develop the skills and confidence they need to build a happier and more fulfilling life.
