James Sunderland visited Ranelagh School in Bracknell on Friday 17 July and met Y7, Y8 and Y10 students in the Art Department.
Ranelagh School has a long history in the Bracknell area dating back to 1709.
James said:
“The quality of student art is evident around the school and it was great to meet students from years 7, 8 and 10 in the Art Department.
“Friday was the last day for the head teacher Mrs Beverley Stevens who retires after a lifetime of teaching. She will be sorely missed by everyone, but remains involved in the trust.
“I was impressed by the investment from the SB Group in the new astro turf facility that benefits the school and also the children who play football for Bracknell Town FC.
“Enjoy the summer holidays and I look forward to meeting the students and staff again in the new academic year.”
